Cross Country ski at the beautiful Canmore Nordic Centre with experienced instructors from Trailsports. Yoga for cross country skiing with Ronna. Strength training for XC skiing with Shayla and plant-based meals for health and fitness.

All prices include; in room breakfast options, lunches and dinner on Saturday. Ski lessons Saturday and Sunday (optional). A tour of the Nordic Centre, yoga and strength training seminar for a great season of skiing. Ski tickets are included, but rentals are extra.
