Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients:

1 lb Fresh Brussel Sprouts, rinsed and cleaned

1 tbsp honey or brown sugar

1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

2-3 tbsp olive oil

Fresh ground pepper

Directions:

Heat oven to 400 degrees.

Cut Brussels sprouts in half, removing stems. In a large pot of boiling water, add Brussels sprouts and cook for 2-3 minutes until a little soft but not cooked.

Drain and place in a bowl with liquid mixture and toss.

Transfer brussel sprout to a cookie sheet lined with aluminum foil or a roasting pan and bake for 10-15 minutes, tossing occasionally.
