Ingredients

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and line muffin tin with liners.
Add flax and 3 tablespoons of warm water in a small bowl and let it sit.
Add oats to oat milk and let sit.
Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and sugar to the large bowl and mix well.
Once the liquid has absorbed the flax and oats, mix together with the vanilla, mashed banana, and lemon juice.
Add wet ingredients to dry and mix. Don't over stir.
Then add chocolate chips and pecans or walnuts.
Add to muffin cups and bake for 25-30 minutes
