Think of a training plan like a road map to your goals. Fitness plans should give you realistic steps that you can fit into your life. Fitness plans help you keep track of your progress, which is motivating and reinforce your efforts. Having a fitness plans makes it twice as likely that you will stick to your goals.
It depends on your personal goals. If you want to improve your health & fitness and have a plan you can record and view your progress, then the Basic Training Plan may be the one for you.

Have something more specific in mind? Want to enter an event or improve your sports performance? Have health concerns that you want to change or manage? Then the Health Club plan might be the best for you.

Need extra motivation or accountability to reach a BIG goal? Trying to lose weight, get fit and healthy? Don’t want to waste anymore time trying to figure out what works? The Pro Plan is your best option.

Starting with a plan can prevent a lot of common problems. Working with a fitness professional can save you time, money and frustration. It is never too late to start and NO, you don’t have to get fit first. Having a training plan gives you the accountability, feedback and support you need to stick with your new exercise routine.
If weight loss is one of your goals  a training plan is a great way to take action. Weight loss requires changing your habits, your diet and exercise. The Health Club or Pro Plan would be best.


Our athletes include runners, cyclists, triathletes, cross country skiers and people training for big adventures. For example, some of our clients have trained for multi day hikes, backcountry ski trips, bike touring as well as running races, the Ironman, Gran Fondos and more.
All plans require a minimum 3 month commitment. After 3 months you can choose month to month or a plan at a lower level.
