Summer has arrived!
The days are longer and it is fun to spend more time outside. Even if you enjoy the outdoors all year long, summer weather always makes us want to spend more time having fun.
Relaxation and Recovery
The benefits of eating well and exercising are often realized during our recovery time. We all need a little fun. I think that exercise should be fun and eating well should be enjoyable, therefore this summer I am reducing the length and depth of the Fit Facts and Food Facts.
They will be more fun with no less fact.
I believe in evidence-based scientific research to help you be your healthiest, but that doesn’t mean it should also be fun. Let’s start with the benefits of chocolate!
