Equipment
- Measuring Cups
- Measuring Spoons
- Large Bowl
- Small Bowl
- Mixing Spoon
- Baking Sheet
Ingredients
- 2 cups Organic Rolled Oats
- 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 cup Ground Flax
- 2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Ground Ginger
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 cup Maple Syrup
- 1 tbsp Vanilla
- 1 cup Organic Natural Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cup Dried Cranberries
- 1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 Degrees
- Mix dry ingredients together
- In a separate bowl mix Maple Syrup, Peanut Butter and Vanilla
- Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Fold in cranberries and chocolate chips and peanuts
- Place small balls of dough on cookie sheet, press down with fingers until flat. Bake for 15 minutes.
Notes
- Can use any dried fruit
- Can add walnuts or pecans
- Can halve the maple syrup and use agave syrup for the remainder.
