  • Measuring Spoons
  • Large Bowl
  • Small Bowl
  • Mixing Spoon
  • Baking Sheet

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Organic Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 cup Ground Flax
  • 2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla
  • 1 cup Organic Natural Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup Dried Cranberries
  • 1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chips

Instructions
 

  • Heat oven to 350 Degrees
  • Mix dry ingredients together
  • In a separate bowl mix Maple Syrup, Peanut Butter and Vanilla
  • Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Fold in cranberries and chocolate chips and peanuts
  • Place small balls of dough on cookie sheet, press down with fingers until flat. Bake for 15 minutes.

Notes

  • Can use any dried fruit
  • Can add walnuts or pecans
  • Can halve the maple syrup and use agave syrup for the remainder.
