Great! Thank you for taking the time to respond.
New for 2020
There will be three new ways to help you get and stay fit in the New Year.
First, these posts will be once a week and they will continue to be about the latest health and fitness science.
Second, if you want more, especially more practical tips about changing your health habits you can get that too. By joining my member site (more on this in a moment). I post on this site often, with practical advice and tips to keep you fit and healthy.
This site has various topics that you can subscribe too, making it easier to navigate to what you want and since so many asked about my reading list I have added a new topic – Recommendations, all the health, and fitness related resources that I recommend.
Third, a well known and respected media expert, Paul Sullivan and I started a podcast about ageing. I am honoured to be included in this endeavor, thanks Paul. It is called Ageing Ungracefully and you can listen to the first episode here.
Finally, the man and will be posting health and fitness videos on the member site mentioned above and you can view these soon!
Privacy and Data
So you might be wondering why have a private site? It is not exactly private, you can invite your friends to join (and I encourage you too) but it is not Facebook… a site where we can post and participate, but I own the site. I don’t sell/scrape or share your data with anyone. And after reading so much about online privacy in the past year this is very important to me. It also helps alleviate a small problem that has happened more than once. Someone has been copying my blog posts and posting them as their own.
This is not the first time someone has copied or distributed my content as their own, but perhaps this will limit the opportunities.
What else?
I have a new program starting this month. I will share the details this week, stay tuned. It is all about keeping you on track with all the health habits that make the biggest difference to your life.
I also set some new goals and I would love to hear about yours.
Happy New Year,
Shayla
