1. What if I am not very fit?
This is not a fitness plan, you don't need any special equipment. You can do these exercises in your regular clothes at home.
2. What if I have a back injury?
This is not a rehab program. If you are recovering from a back injury you should work with a physical therapist to recover.
3. What if I don't have time to exercise?
These exercises can be done in a few minutes a day. If you can commit to doing, even one of them, a couple of times a week you could see a difference.
4. What if I have not exercised for a long time?
The exercises progress from the most basic and have a few variations to increase the challenge as you improve.
