My New Favourite No Oil Salad Dressing
I was looking for a new salad dressing recipe the other day and I found one that fit all my criteria. That is, did I had all the ingredients at home? Of course I modified it because I can’t actually follow directions. I was telling everyone about it and they all said: “that sounds like hummus.” I hadn’t actually thought of that because it doesn’t taste like hummus, I really like it and so does the man, I guess I will be making it a lot more often.

It’s Not Hummus Salad Dressing
- 1/4 cup chickpeas
- Juice of one large lemon
- 1/4 cup chickpea juice
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 1 tablespoon Bragg’s All Purpose Soy Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp chopped ginger-root
- Freshly ground black pepper
Put everything in a blender, or use an immersion blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy.
