Are you ready to join the 7 Day Fitness Challenge and get your training plan? Here are the details.
From April 24th – 30th you can participate in the 7 Day Fitness challenge and have your own fitness plan.
What do you get?
1. Fitness tests to establish where you are.
2. Cardiovascular and resistance training.
3. Direction and accountability.
You will need to complete the Par-Q located under the FORMS tab and sign it to be able to participate.
You can find the fitness tests under the ASSESSMENTS tab in your plan. You can choose to use the Food Diary and Progress Photos under the COACHING tab.
Starting Monday you will have access to the 7 Day Fitness Challenge workouts.
This is a general fitness plan if you have special health concerns you should get a personal plan. This is not a boot-camp, push yourself to the limit and hurt all week plan. There is no long term benefit to that. This is a step in a healthy direction, but you should expect to be challenged.
You can ask questions anytime and get professional advice for free for 7 days.
