Starting on December 25th – 31st join me for 30 minutes of activity everyday.

That is it.

30 minutes of any type of activity for 7 days in a row.

Start the New Year, feeling better and in the habit of exercising. Walking, stretching, skating, swimming, skiing, anything as long as it adds up to 30 minutes of activity for 7 days. Only 15% of adults  get more than the MINIMUM recommended amount of activity  to see the health benefits from exercise.
