Roasted Brussel Sprouts
1 lb Fresh Brussel Sprouts, rinsed and cleaned
1 tbsp honey or brown sugar
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2-3 tbsp olive oil
Fresh ground pepper
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Cut brussel sprouts in half removing stems. In a large pot of boiling water, add brussels sprouts and cook for 2-3 minutes until a little soft, but not cooked.
Drain and place in bowl with liquid mixture and toss.
Transfer brussel sprout to a cookie sheet lined with aluminum foil or roasting pan and bake for 10-15 minutes tossing occassionally.
