One Question about Health and Fitness

I often think about you. Every time I write a fact, I think, “What would you like to know?”

I know that not many people love reading about science, but I do.

I think about how this could make a difference to the people I know and care about.

Sometimes I think, well, that is so obvious, no one could care about that (Did you know that water is better than diet soda for reducing your weight?). Or that is so obscure, how could it make much of a difference? (Would people be happier if we made broccoli taste like chocolate?) But that is what I think, not you.

The idea behind sending the facts is to help you make conscious choices about your health and hopefully be mildly entertaining.

If you could reply with one of these answers (or one of your own) that would be so helpful.

I read the Food Facts because:

  1. I am trying to make healthier choices. For example, Eat More Veggies
  2. I want practical ways to be healthier. For example, 5 Ways to Get to Race Weight
  3. I want to know how to be fit and healthy to prevent disease. For example,  When Is A Calorie, Not A Calorie
  4. All of the above.

Thank you,

Shayla
