1/3 cup (80 ml) tahini
1-3 garlic cloves minced
Juice from one lemon (2-14 Tbsp)
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 – 4 tablespoons warm water
Pinch cumin, optional
Pinch cayenne, optional
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley, optional
Directions:
In a large measuring cup, bowl or food processor combine ingredients except parsley. Mix until smooth. Add more water if necessary. Add parsley and blend until smooth or desired consistency.
