Roasted Spicy Cauliflower

An easy way to cook cauliflower for a delicious meal.

Ingredients:

1 head cauliflower

1/4 cup olive oil

1/2 cup nutritional yeast

2-3 tablespoons of water

2 tablespoon garam masala spice mix

1 teaspoon ground turmeric

1/2 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper

fresh ground black pepper

Directions:

Trim and clean the cauliflower. Preheat oven to 400 and line cooking sheet with parchment paper or lightly oil.

In a bowl mix ingredients together, add more water if necessary and coat the head of the cauliflower.

Roast for 35-45 minutes until cooked and serve with sweet potato wedges.

To roast sweet potato wedges. Wash and slice sweet potatoes into wedges. Toss in the bowl that had the spice mixture. Sprinkle with chili powder and place on the pan with the cauliflower. Cook together, tossing occasionally.

Remove from oven and slice the cauliflower into quarters and serve with salad and sweet potato wedges.
